I sometimes allow art with some of my characters ONLY if I am the artist being commissioned to do so. Otherwise, I do not give permission to use my characters, EVER.Be aware that depending on the character I may be picky or reject the idea entirely. I am extremely specific about compatibility, including gender, appearance, personality, species, etc.Note!!: You must be emotionally mature enough to handle this without melting down. I don't HAVE to allow comms with them at all! ^^

❌ Do NOT RP with my OCs, do not steal, claim or repost my artwork on personal or gallery type accounts. - ANTI AI/NFT - My e621 conditional DNP is permanent(stop asking for this to be lifted), only I may post my art to e621, at my own discretion. Sharing my art to respectful, moderated places (discord/telegram servers, subreddits that do NOT glorify animal abuse, etc) is fine so long as you include links to my page(s) when doing so.❌ Do NOT sell anything involving my artwork regardless of reason- with an exception for character rehoming.❌ I retain the right to post WIPs or finished commissions/YCHs. It is possible the commission/YCH will not be posted at all. Please wait a day or two to post your version, to give me a chance to post first! If your commission is paid to be private it will not be posted. Rarely, I might upload a finished commission to SubscribeStar before the public, in which case I would let you know.❌ NEVER edit my artwork. This excludes editing your WIP commission to show changes you want. For icons or banners, cropping is permitted. No requirement to credit me especially in the case of bio length limits, but it's appreciated.❌ When getting a commission with another person, please choose one person to communicate and pay. It is much easier, and helps avoid mistakes.❌ I will NEVER draw content involving extreme taboo or disturbing themes for commissions. Milder things such as WS, BDSM and fantasy species ferals(i.e, sapient feral canines, felines, equines will be permitted only case by case, dragons, gryphons, and pokemon are auto-approved) are allowed. All characters must be 18+. It's best to look at my pages and previous commissions to gauge what content's ideal for both client and artist. While I may include dark themes in my personal art, I am not comfortable doing so for strangers.❌ I usually send one WIP to show the pose of the art- with exceptions for reference sheets or longer projects. YCHs are considered sketches unless your character's differences require a re-sketch. Make sure all your positioning/proportion changes are done during the pose stage. Once the art is completed I rarely make changes unless they are a true mistake on my part- read this one until you understand, please. At the same time, if I do make an actual mistake, let me know!❌ I do not do refunds unless I feel I cannot complete a commission.❌ Turnaround is usually 2 days - 2 weeks. Situational - References or paintings take longer. If you have been without any contact or updates for one whole month, please send me a note on FA!❌ I may reject commissions from certain games, media, etc!❌ I do have the right to reject your commission for any reason.
